Biazzi.AI is an artificial intelligence platform specialized in generating modules for Magento 2. The service allows developers to create custom modules through conversations with our AI.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Biazzi.AI require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the management portal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to access unauthorized systems or networks
Distribute malware or malicious code
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Modules generated by Biazzi.AI are your property. You may use, modify, and distribute them as you wish. However, the Biazzi.AI platform, including its technology and branding, remain the exclusive property of BIASSI IT Systems & Solutions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Biazzi.AI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generated modules will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for testing and validating any generated code before using it in production.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
